Description
The SEMO High-Performance Camp is a 2-Day camp geared towards providing valuable instruction along with working with college coaches and current student-athletes.  We pride ourselves on creating an environment to that is exciting, all while being able to provide the opportunity to showcase and/or work new skills.  As a camp, we strive to give each camper a great experience filled with drill progressions, great technique, and FUN!  

Highly recommended for minimum of one year of Level 7+ due to the intensity and skill instruction of this camp.  The SEMO Gymnastics High-Performance Camp is open to any and all female entrants between ages 8-18.

Tentative Camp Schedule 

Day 1: Check in @ 8:15, camp begins 9am-5pm
Day 2: Check. In @ 8:40, camp begins 9am-3pm

Cost
$350 price includes camp t-shirt, lunches and snacks.

What to Bring
T-shirt, shorts, sneakers or flip flops, water bottle, leotards, and personal equipment (grips, wrist wraps, tape, etc.)

Waiver Information
Please download, fill out waiver and bring to camp.  Documents are available for download during the registration process.

Check-In
ALL campers will check in at Parker Hall Gymnasium 30 minutes prior to camp start time.

$100.00 of your camp fee is administrative and is non-refundable regardless of the situation.

We are NO longer required to wear face masks while on campus, and will not be performing temperature screenings and questions upon arrival.
