Billy Clapper has been teaching and coaching at basketball camps since 2000. He has been a positive influence to thousands of boys and girls of all ages in helping them reach their goals. His desire is to teach the core fundamentals of the game of basketball, as he provides innovative teaching in an environment that reinforces skill development and challenges each participant to strive to reach their best.
