TRACK INSTRUCTION
Focus on efficient running mechanics and determining correct threshold pace. Introducing different race strategies and training options. Each athlete will have their running mechanics recorded and analyzed with VueMotion Technology. Our focus will be on context based analysis using video to help improve performance, reducing injury and objective return to performance, return to baseline. We have developed algorithms to automatically map body based kinematic measurements and ground based measures with a growing dataset of over 35,000 athletes analyzed.

HEAD COACH BOBBY KERSEE
DR. RICK LEHMAN, MD
Dr. Richard Lehman grew up in Miami, Florida. He received his training at Washington University and the University of Pennsylvania, and completed his Fellowship in Sports Medicine. He was a part owner of the National Hockey League Florida Panthers, and has been the team physician for the Florida Panthers, Tampa Bay Lightening, and St. Louis Blues. He has also been a consulting physician for UCLA Track & Field, and has covered four Olympic Games, as well as seven Track & Field World Championships.
Dr. Rick Lehman was honored with a Lifetime Leadership Award from USA Track and Field, and inducted into both the St. Louis Sports Hall of Fame and the Missouri Sports Hall of Fame Class. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Youth Foundation, the Medical Director of Webster Surgery Center, and the Medical Director of the U.S. Center for Sports Medicine. He has served as the Team Physician for the Davis Cup, was on the Board of Governors for the National Hockey League, and is on the St. Louis Sports Commission. He is also the Host of several Radio Shows in the St. Louis area including KFANS and the Charlie Tuna Show. His practice encompasses taking care of professional athletes at all levels and all sports, as well as Division college athletes. Dr. Lehman has helped save many careers of famous professional athletes as well as amateur athletes.
ROBERT FORSTER, PT, Director of Performance
Robert first partnered with Coach Bobby Kersee in 1983 in the pursuit of athletic excellence for the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics. Seven Team Kersee athletes won a total of 10 medals at those Games. Over the next 4 decades he has been instrumental in establishing the Formula Kersee approach to elite athletic performance. First serving the Physical Therapy needs of Jackie Joyner Kersee and Florence “Flo-Jo” Griffith Joyner he soon began to innovate cutting edge sports science training programs for Team Kersee including modern era superstars Alyson Felix, Sydney McLaughlin Levrone and Athing Mu. Together, Forster and Kersee have helped US athletes win over 50 Olympic Medals and set numerous World Records. In private practice in Santa Monica, Ca. for over 40 years, his two facilities: Forster Physical Therapy and PHASE IV Scientific Health and Performance Center, have served three generations of local athletes and have been an international destination for competitors seeking his unique and time tested approach to sports physical therapy, surgical rehabilitation and elite sports training.
