ABOUT US

Pacific Lutheran University Women’s Soccer Camps

Pacific Lutheran University Women’s Soccer Camps are dedicated to providing an experience that is both instructional and informational along with creating a great atmosphere to learn! The coaching staff here at PLU prides itself on teaching the techniques and tactics of the sport of soccer at a high level. All camps are taught by our coaching staff. The exercises and small sided games that are taught at our camps are used with our college players. We are determined to provide the best possible learning experience for our campers.

We conduct ID camps to identify high school age players who are serious about playing soccer at the next level. We are looking for players who have a team first attitude, high work rate, enjoy the game, want to improve, have a quiet confidence, and are committed student-athletes. Pacific Lutheran women’s soccer has won three NAIA national women’s soccer titles in five championship game appearances, and along the way has claimed 14 NWC women’s soccer championships. Here at PLU we pride ourselves on Student-Athlete Growth and Development, Graduation, and Winning!

Women’s Soccer Sweeps NWC Major Awards

The four-time Northwest Conference Champion Pacific Lutheran University women’s soccer team monopolized the conference’s postseason awards on Tuesday, winning all four major awards while eight Lute student-athletes earned All-NWC accolades.

Soccer Clinches Fourth Straight NWC Title

Trailing George Fox University 1-0 late in the second half at East Field on Saturday, the Pacific Lutheran University women’s soccer cranked up the intensity to force overtime and freshman Meghan Michels scored her second goal in 12 minutes to lift the Lutes to a 2-1 victory. The win, coupled with a loss by the University of Puget Sound, allowed PLU to clinch its fourth straight Northwest Conference Championship.
