Join us for our first ever Spring Break camp! We will be working on soccer skills and having fun while we learn. The morning will consist of footskills, fun games, and small sided soccer. 1pm-2:15pm footskills, 2:15pm snack break, 2:30pm-3:15pm games, 3:15pm-4pm small-sided scrimmages.

The ID Camp is geared towards the serious player who wants to further their career and look to play in college. We will train you in the same environment we train our own players, testing your technical, tactical and metal abilities.  We will include an advanced look into strength and conditioning, how to get recruited and the academic requirements and aspect of being a student athlete.

Description
The Team Camp is designed for club and high school teams of 15 or more players to train/play in an environment to get them ready for their upcoming seasons.

Team Camp will include:
*Having two Practice sessions and games at night. Practice sessions can be geared to what the high school coaches needs to work on with his/her team. Practice sessions will be varied - some harder and some lighter.

*Team Building exercises. As this is your preseason it is important that your team interacts with each other and starts to develop “togetherness”.
