Team Camp “Levels”
• Level 1 = Top
• Level 2 = Mid Varsity
• Level 3 = Low Varsity
LEVEL OF COMPETITION:
We try to schedule games as competitively as possible.
• #1 is the highest level, then #2, then #3.
• #1 plays mostly other #1 and maybe a #2. Never a #3
• #2 plays mostly other #2 and maybe a #1 or #3.
• #3 plays mostly other #3 and maybe a #2. Never a #1

Our camp schedule will be determined by the number of teams signed up. Please check your email regularly as this is our primary way to communicate. All additional information that we need to convey as the camp draws closer will be passed on to you via the e-mail address that you will supply when registering
Cost
• One Team: $450 per team (Approx. $45-65 per camper)
• Two Teams: $400 per team, $800 total (Approx.: $40-57 per camper) (If registering two teams, please contact Thomas Montigel at t.montigel@tcu.edu for a promo code that will discount the price for the second team you are registering)
LOCATIONS:
• Schollmaier Arena
• Schollmaier Basketball Complex
• The TCU Rec Center – Fort Worth, TX
Games are played in TCU facilities including Schollmaier Arena, the state-of-the-art Schollmaier Basketball Complex and the Recreation Center.
CAMP HIGHLIGHTS:
• Teams are guaranteed 4 games
• Each Participant will receive a TCU Basketball T-Shirt (10 shirts per team)
• A minimum of 7 players are required per team
• Camp will consist of games with certified officials
• Camp games will allow each participant to get instruction before, during and after each game
• Professional health services staff at all locations
OTHER:
• Team Rosters will need to be email to t.montigel@tcu.edu by May 31st (Name, Age, Height, Phone Number, T-shirt Size, etc.)
• Meals and Housing will be coordinated by the teams individually
CAMP TRAINER:
A certified athletic trainer is on-site throughout the camp. Medical release forms are mandatory before participation. If you have any medical concerns regarding your child, please convey this to the trainer at check-in. Should you have any questions about this policy, please speak to our camp trainer at check-in.
WAIVER INFORMATION:
Waiver will be emailed to the provided email before the camp begins.
REFUND POLICY:
A $200.00 online deposit is required to reserve a place in camp. After you have registered online, teams who are unable to attend camp may receive a refund, minus the $200.00 initial deposit. Teams who leave once the camp has begun (Friday at 5:00PM), will not receive a refund.

It is not permissible for boosters to provide expenses for individuals to attend any of the TCU Sports Camps. Expenses include but are not limited to, lodging, meals, transportation, and/or camp tuition. Exception: Boosters may provide expenses for his/her immediate family members to attend any camps.
Camps are open to any and all entrants (limited only by age, grade level and/or gender). NCAA rules prohibit free/reduced camp admission for prospect-aged individuals.

Elevate your skills in a dynamic and enjoyable environment at our summer basketball camp. Designed for young athletes, this program offers top-notch instruction from past and present coaches, including TCU's Head Basketball Coach Jamie Dixon and his staff. Campers engage in fun and competitive activities to bring out their best on and off the court.

Monday, June 10 – Thursday, June 13
Starts: 9:00am / Ends: 4:00pm

- Individual coaching by TCU Men’s Basketball staff and former players.
- Team and individual awards.
- Autograph/photo opportunities with players and staff.
- Structured daily camp schedule with full-court games.
- Campers placed on teams for balanced league play.
- Camp is held in the TCU Basketball facilities and campus recreation facilities

Team Placement
The first day, campers are divided into age groups. From there they are placed onto random teams with 8-12 campers. They will play with campers their own age. Each team will have a coach. If a camper plays above the level of his age group, he will be moved up to an older group. Camp coaches will make this decision. Unfortunately, we will not accept teammate requests

Camp Bank allows deposits for concessions, drinks, and apparel. Parents /guardians typically deposit around $50 per camper for the week. The prices for concessions range from $1 to $15. Apparel ranges from $10 to $30.

Jamie Dixon Basketball Camps
Jamie Dixon Basketball Camps, located at Texas Christian University, are dedicated to providing a basketball camp experience that is educational, instructional and fun!
Led by Texas Christian University Men’s Basketball coaches and players, campers will be introduced to the same mechanics and drills used with our collegiate athletes. Our coaches will share their passion for the sport of basketball in a supportive atmosphere with students of all ages and ability levels.
