Description
Our Camp is designed to teach you the fundamentals Cross Country. The emphasis will be on providing you a great fun-filled learning week. Speakers will cover topics from mental skills, to nutrition, to race strategy and much, much more. You will be taught skills and techniques that will help you improve and better yourself as a athlete both on and off the track. The week will consist of educational and motivational talks, nightly entertainment, and two workout sessions a day.
Discounts
There are discounts offered for those who have 6 or more from the same high school. It is a $50.00 discount per person. Also if 3 or more campers come from the same school, it is $25.00 off. Coaches are welcome to attend day camps or resident camps for free if 3 or more from the same school attend. Note: No housing or food will be provided for coaches. If you are eligible for this discount, please contact Matt Bingle at mtrackcamp@gmail.com BEFORE you register. Coach Bingle will provide you with a discount code for you to use while registering. Discounts are no longer offered once camp start!

Meals
Resident Campers will have all of their meals provided while they are at camp starting with dinner on the first day and ending with breakfast on the last day.

You will want to fly into the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport. Then you can either take a taxi or the Super Shuttle to Territorial Hall. Miscellaneous Information
Key and Meal Card Deposit: Resident Campers must bring 2 checks to camp written out to Matt Bingle for $15.00 and $30.00. These will be returned at the end of camp if the camper does not lose their meal card or room key.
What if I have to cancel a camp?
We do not offer refunds on canceled campers, just a future camp credit if you decide to cancel, but we do have what is called "Cancellation Protection". We offer basic Cancellation Protection to allow participants some peace of mind in case plans change. This allows us to keep our prices low and provide the best service possible. Due at the time of registration, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp fees should you cancel your registration more than 14 days prior to the start of an overnight camp, and 7 days prior to the start of a day camp. If you cancel within 14 or 7 days of the start of your session, we will give you a camp credit for all money paid. The credit is valid for three years from camp date at any of our camps Credit with insurance is transferable to family members or friends, and good toward a future camp.

Two weeks before the start of the camp that you are attending is the camp refund deadline. After this date 0% is refunded unless there is medical documentation.
Proof of Insurance and Release of Liability
Resident campers check-in at 17th Avenue Dormitory from 1:00pm-2:30pm on day one of camp.
Day campers check in at 17th Avenue Dormitory on the first day. Check in time on the first day will be 1:00pm-2:30pm.
Future Stars Campers check in is at the University of Minnesota Track & Field Stadium, please see camp details for more information.
